SANITATION

First of all, one will ask what is sanitation? it simply means a way of taking dirty water and other  waste products away from buildings in order to protect the health of animals and human beings. If our environment are not clean, it leads to all kinds of illness such as, malaria, Tuberculosis, coughs, typhoid, cholera, diarrhoea etc. Everywhere around us is full of filth due to our indiscipline behavior of dirtying our environment. It also leads to chokes of our gutters and pollution of our rivers. This leads to over flooding and destruction of lives and properties

AIM
The aim of this discussion is to inform, educate, all young and old, illiterate and literates about the significance of good sanitation. our markets, cars and lorry parks, schools, work places, our streets, our pavements, our beaches, our river sides, our prisons etc. all are contaminated with all kinds of filth, ranging from toilets, plastic rubbers, plastic containers, can bottles etc.

These are some pictures of heap of refuse and choked gutters. These pictures are to let you know exactly what the issue is and how serious it is. What are the causes of these problems? Whose responsibility is it to see to it that this madness stops? What is the way forward? Is it really true that good sanitation promotes good health and environment
